  1. Notarizing translated documents and all certificates by Notary Public Seal ; 
  2. Online Notarial Services by Notary camera;
  3. Signing a document deed and other commercial papers;
  4. Preparing Affidavits and Statutory declaration for Engineers Australia, Vetassess, Architects Accreditation Council of Australia, Australian Association of Social Workers, Australasian College of Physical Scientists and Engineers in Medicine, Australian Computer Society (ACS), Australian Dental Council (ADC), Australian Institute of Management (AIM), Australian Institute of Medical Scientists (AIMS), Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), Australian Institute of Radiography (AIR), Australian Institute of Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL), Australia Immigration and Canada Immigration;
  5. Certification of document(s) copy (certified true copy of original);
  6. Signing an acknowledgment in front of clients;
  7. Administering statutory declarations, oaths and affidavits;
  8. Applying for legalization of documents at the Foreign & Commonwealth offices (sometimes called 'obtaining an 'apostille') and for consular legalization when necessary from the relevant embassy or consulate;
  9. Certifying copies of academic qualifications, passports and other documents;
  10. Deed polls and change of name declaration;
  11. Statutory declaration under section 11 of the Statutory Declarations Act 1959, of commonwealth law;
  12. Documents for foreign adoption applications;
  13. Certifying documents relating to companies registration at foreign commercial registers;
  14. Have a translation certified and legalized;
  15. Sponsorship and guardianship documents;
  16. Immigration and naturalization documents;
  17. Affidavits confirming freedom to marry;
  18. Any other documents for abroad, which require a notary stamp and/or seal.
